Payment Instructions: Payment must be received within 1 days after the auction. Cash, wire transfers, certified funds, check, or credit cards, and must be in U.S. Funds. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid along with a 4% convenience fee. Wire transfer fees & Sales Tax apply. All credit card transactions subject to a 4% convenience fee. Sales Tax is 7.375. All items not paid for in person on Nov. 29th will be charged to your credit card on file along with a 4% convenience fee.

SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. This must be emailed to auction company the day of the auction. Buyers must sign off on a Minnesota Tax Exempt ST3 Form to have tax waived.

All property is sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller.

Pickup and checkout: all lumber and building supplies must be picked up on Tuesday Nov. 29th from 10AM-5PM. You can pay for your items onsite along 8th St in Detroit Lakes where the building supplies are located. All items not paid for on the 29th of Nov. will be charged to your credit card on file along with a 4% convenience fee. All lumber is located at Dynamic Homes in Detroit Lakes. Checkout is located from the intersection of Roosevelt Ave and 8th St head east on 8th st to the 6th approach on the left side. Signs will be posted. All truck utility boxes are located at one of the Arvig Locations in Perham, MN. Buyers have 1 week to pickup the truck utility boxes during business hours and must be scheduled in advance.
Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals.
