Everything sells AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties implied or expressed. Neither the auctioneer nor owners shall be liable for any incorrect description, fault, or defect. Everything positively sells to the highest bidder. Payment must be made in full day of sale. No property removed until settled for. Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or stolen property. All counts are approximate. Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO: A packaging fee can be added to your invoice BEFORE payment is made if requested. The packaging fee is for packing supplies and time and does not include the cost of shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the shipping department with a FedEx account number for small packages. Other shipping companies can be used (UPS, DHL, USPS) we will provide you with dimensions and approximate weight so you can schedule a pickup and provide us with the labels. Outside package companies are also acceptable. For larger freight items we will provide you with dimensions and approx. weight so you can schedule the trucking company for pickup. Once again, all shipping charges must be set up and paid for on the buyer's account. All items must be removed by the posted deadline, or they will be considered abandoned, and any cost of disposal will be the buyers responsibility.
