I am not in the business of filing claims. I can handle lightweight items, coins, jewelery. Items must fit in a 20 x 20 box not more than 40 lbs as I work alone most often. That is now the largest I will pack up. Everything gets insured! Unless you specifically call me with other instructions or send your own label. I will not file claims.
