50 vehicles. New in sealed packages. The cars in these lot have manufacturing dates that may range from the mid 1990s to early 2000s. This lot may contain some dupes. You get all pictured.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and digital bank draft
INVOICE ETA: Winning bidders will be invoiced as soon as their order is ready for shipping or pick-up. For local buyers, that will be 24-72 hours of the auction's completion. For other buyers, packing time will depend on the size of the order and other factors. In addition to the 'hammer-down' price, the charge will include any applicable taxes, buyer's premium and shipping costs, per the details of the auction listing.
SALES TAX: All buyers will be assessed local sales tax by atgPay unless ProxiBid has a TAX ID exemption on file at the time of the auction. (Coin auctions are exempt from tax.)

Back to the Past (BTTP) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall BTTP be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against BTTP if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. BTTP will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
