The auctioneers, the sellers, or any employee of their staff do not guarantee the validity of any lot or item being auctioned, nor do they attest to its authenticity, its age, year of production, model, make, mileage, hours, condition, or fault. Before placing a bid, bidders are urged to do their own physical inspection and base their decision exclusively on that inspection. Failure to inspect does not relieve the bidder of their obligation to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction.
