Be aware that invoice delinquency WILL lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on Proxibid. All unpaid items will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee, in order for said bidder to continue bidding on Proxibid. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Lastly a chargeback will be not accepted for any reason or on any purchase through Proxibid. No exceptions.
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. PICKUP/REMOVAL:
Buyer/Bidder is fully responsible for physically handling their winning bids and removing from the auction location / property in the allotted time for checkout. Buyer/Bidder is fully responsible for all phases and aspects of any items requiring disassembly and removal, including electrical and water disconnection, capping electrical wires, and water lines to avoid any damage to the building/auction location. Please be sure to bring the manpower, necessary tools, ladders, moving blankets, bubble wrap, etc.
The auction company does not provide tools, does not provide loading assistance or labor.
The buyer/bidder is responsible for ANY and ALL DAMAGES to all real/personal property that is damaged as the result of the removal of their item, including if the damage was done by their mover/shipper. The buyer is responsible to restore/repair any and all damages.
Please be sure to use the proper equipment and tools and hire a professional for disassembly.
MOVING and SHIPPING:
The Auction Company does NOT provide any moving or shipping services.
The Auction company may provide names of local third-party movers in the area but does not assume any responsibility or guarantee of their services. The auction does not make any commissions/referral fee on the recommendations of movers. It is the buyer’s/bidder’s responsibility to verify and decide on the mover/shipper.
The cost of shipping and packing is the sole responsibility of the buyer/bidder.
Large Items – The Auction company may provide the name of a third-party packer/mover to palletize items for freight pickup. The cost to palletize the items will vary depending on the item. The fee will be paid directly to the third-party packer/mover. Items must be paid in full before item is palletized. The freight company must pick up within the allotted time frame for removal. Please contact ONLINE.Auctions4America@gmail.com and Auctions4America@gmail.com – please copy both emails if to notify us that you plan to have your items picked up by a freight company when you bid on an item that will be picked up by your freight company. Please contact freight company immediately to ensure there is enough time for pickup. The auction company is not responsible for delayed pickups by freight carrier. Auction locations are only available on the checkout dates listed and cannot be extended as the Auction Company does not own the space the items are located.
Small items – The Auction company uses a local UPS Store for packing and shipping of small items.
Depending on the size and quantities of the items an Auction company staff member may bring the item to the local UPS Store or the local UPS Store may come to pickup the item(s) from the auction location.
The item(s) must be paid in full before the UPS Store can take the item. The bidder will pay the UPS Store directly for any packing and shipping charges. The Bidder must let the Auction Company know upon bidding in the auction that they would like to have the item shipped with the UPS Store. The buyer/bidder must arrange pickup with mover/shipper within the allotted time frame for removal. ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE SPECIFIED REMOVAL TIME.
