1-All items are sold in "as is" and "where is" condition. No warranty or guarantees. 2-All payments are to be in United States Dollars/Currency. 3-All sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns and no trades. 4-Buyer is fully responsible to make their own decisions about the item/items quality, condition and value. 5-All prospective bidders/buyers are encouraged to contact the Auction Service as soon as possible to ask specific questions or ask for additional details. 6-A bidder/buyer should not call the Auction Service during the auction. The auctioneers cell phone will be in use to generate the sound heard through Proxibid during the auction. 7-By making the final bid/winning bid, a buyer is obligated to make full payment, plus the Internet Buyers Premium, within 72 hours from the completion of auction. 8-If a buyer does not complete the full payment as mentioned in paragraph 7, then the Auction Service is allowed to Revoke/Void the Bid on the non-paid for item or items. The Auction Service is then allowed to sell said item or items to another person. 9-The Auction Service is not liable or at fault in case of poor cell phone service/reception, computer related problems, or similar issues at the auction. 10-Descriptions or notes about an item are merely the opinion of the Auction Service.
