IMPORTANT: When paying your invoice please CHOOSE METHOD OF ACQURING ITEMS BEFORE FINALIZING PAYMENT - Auction House Arranged, Self-Arranged or Local Pickup based on items description.

We will not ship to a changed address after an invoice has been paid.
Invoices Can NOT be split to pay with multiple credit cards.
All unpaid invoices 36 hrs after the close of the auction will be considered delinquent.
Sales tax will now be collected based on your states tax laws.
If you are TAX EXEMPT you must submit your tax certificate directly to Proxibid. Upload your certificate on your Proxibid account under tax exempt certificate.
Onsite pick up is Mon. (Labor Day) & Tues. Sept. 2nd & 3rd, 10am-6pm for paid invoices. We'll be closed over the summer for vacation so please don't delay picking up your items.
All expensive coins & gold jewelry payments will be verified and we may require a copy of your drivers license before shipment.

Everything is sold to the highest bidder with a 20% buyers premium added to the final bid price and your states sales tax unless you have tax exempt status filed with Proxibid.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to come and inspect items during preview hours prior to placing bids. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. All sales are final. The item becomes the sole responsibility of the winning bidder at the end of the auction.
