Payment

To pay for the items awarded to you, you can use credit cards or cash at pickup. You will find a "Pay Now" button on your invoice, which can be accessed through the email sent to you or within your Proxibid account. The invoice will include the sales tax amount. If you are a tax-exempt bidder, you need to select "Tax Exempt" during checkout and submit your valid tax-exempt certificate via the provided email. Proxibid will then remove the sales tax from your invoice and send you an updated version (or reimburse you if you have already paid). This process usually takes 1-2 business days.
Once you receive your invoice from Proxibid, you have 24 hours to pay for your total purchases, which includes a 15% buyer's fee and any applicable sales tax. It is your responsibility to make the payment within this timeframe using the new payment system provided by Proxibid.
To pay using the card on file or another card, use the "Checkout Now" feature in Proxibid. Oliver's Auction will be notified by Proxibid once the payment is completed. Please note that the bidder is responsible for any credit card processing fees charged by Proxibid. If the name on the card is different from the name on the invoice, please let us know.

If you intend to make a cash payment, please inform us before or by midnight on the Sunday night when the auction closes. Terms Of Sale
1.Bidding Style: The auction uses a staggered closing system. Two lots close consecutively, with each subsequent lot closing 1 minute after the previous one. Bidding starts at 7 PM and continues until the final lot closes.
2.Item Condition: All items are sold “as-is” with no warranties or guarantees. It’s the bidder’s responsibility to assess each item’s exact condition. Staff descriptions are opinions, and NO refunds are offered.
3.Buyer’s Premium: Online bidders incur a 15% buyer’s premium added to their total purchase.
4.Payment: Settlement must occur at auction conclusion using major credit cards only or cash see below.
5.CASH PAYMENTS: Winning bidder that has notified us that you will be making a CASH PAYMENT should bring cash for payment at PAID PROPERTY PICKUP (see below). The NOTIFICATION must be made by text message to 864-367-5945 or by email to ask@oliversauction.com BEFORE OR BY MIDNIGHT THE SUNDAY NIGHT the auction closes. Please provide your name in the message.

6. Shipping: Oliver’s Auction handles shipping. Large items are not shipped, but other items are sent via FedEx or USPS. Pickup is available during specified times. you will receive a separate invoice for shipping from Shippingsaint. Once invoice is paid item will be shipped in a timely manner.
7.Winning Notification: If you win an item, you’ll receive an email notification after the auction or the next business day. The auction day invoice will be used for billing.
8. Bidder Information: Bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and email for effective communication.
9. Fees and Disputes: The purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and a 2% monthly fee for unpaid balances. Disputes are heard in Anderson County, South Carolina.
10. Auctioneer’s Discretion: The auctioneer can advance bidding and resolve disputes.
Final Sales: All sales are final. No Returns. Items are sold as is.
11. Acceptance: Bidding implies acceptance of auction terms by biding on the auction.
12. Service Refusal: The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or registration.
13. Unclaimed Items: Items not picked up by local bidders within 7 days are resold, with no refunds.
14. Email List: By bidding, you allow Olivers Auction to add your name and email to their future email list.
