Items are sold as-is, including any faults, defects, and errors in description. James Bean Estate Sales retains full discretion to modify the date, time, order, and details of the sale of any item or conduct any auction for any reason. James Bean Estate Sales reserves the right to rescind or reject any bids. Requests for retractions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bidders accept all auction items with all faults, whether visible or not. Buyers are liable for all costs related to the transportation and other expenses involved in the physical transfer of auction items from their location at the end of the auction.
