After sale day, must be by appointment. All items must be removed by June 11th at 4pm CST. If you fail to pay, your item(s) will be forfeited and you will be turned into Proxibid. All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Successful bidder immediately responsible for item(s) purchased. 5% Internet Fee. Announcements made day of auction supersede all advertising. If winning bidder, please contact auction company to arrange payment and pickup plans. Descriptions are merely meant as a guide. RLM does not warrant the genuineness, accuracy, or count of any items. Please make your own inspections. RLM Land and Auction/Morris Bros. Stockyard has the right to hold equipment/cattle purchased until funds clear if Bank Letter of Credit is not provided with checks. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the auction company or anyone else if the service doesn't work correctly.
