This event will be posted to multiple bidding platforms. Prebids will be accepted. The auctioneer will continue and close bidding for each lot during our Online Simulcast Event June 17th starting at 4pm EST. All items are being sold AS IS. Items may be physically viewed Monday June 16th 2025 from 3PM to 6PM EST at Auctions On 309 4129 Elida Road, Lima, OH 45807. All items are in various states of condition and the seller/auctioneer will not attest to any before bid. Bidders have the chance to view items on preview day. If you have questions about the item(s) you are bidding on, ASK BEFORE YOU BID!!!! All sales are final, no returns, no refunds. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL FIREARMS ASSUMED TO BE FUNCTIONAL BUT HAVE NOT BEEN INDIVIDUALLY FIRED/TESTED. All firearms and serialized receivers - unless classified as antique or black powder - will require an FFL or 4473 to transfer. If you delay after your NICS background check, you will simply pick up your firearm(s) at a later date. If you deny after your NICS background check, you will NOT take possession of your firearm(s), your payment will be refunded to you, and we will maintain possession. * Bidder must be 18 years or older to buy a long gun. Bidder must be 21 years or older to buy a hand gun. * Auctioneer will accept C&R FFLs on applicable lots. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Ask questions BEFORE you bid. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. * All items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale. If you are questioning whether something is included or not, contact us BEFORE bidding. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have read and agree to all terms and conditions, and that they have read through any other notes/tabs and links and understands the process. * If you cannot pickup at the scheduled times, a $10 cash reservation and rescheduling fee will be applied per auction. * After winning your item(s), please promptly pay your auction invoice once it is emailed. We will begin processing cards immediately following the close of the final lot and will otherwise charge your card on file. This initial payment confirms your purchase and initiates the shipping process. * By bidding, bidder agrees a bid is a binding contract and bidder is required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up or requesting shipping during the allotted period. * Winning bidders who don't live in Ohio and buy a pistol must have it shipped to an FFL in their state. * We legally CANNOT SHIP PRIMERS OR POWDER - THOSE ITEMS ARE PICK-UP ONLY! * Bidder agrees to keep their contact information up-to-date, with current address, phone number and email address. * Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid and any bidder at his/her sole discretion. * Any and all disputes shall be settled in the Allen County/Lima Courts of Lima, Ohio 45801 * Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. * Auctioneer reserves the right to pull any item from the auction, even after bids have been placed. Additional Online Bidding Terms: * PICKUP: Winning bidders must pick up their own firearms and must bring a current government-issued photo ID to complete background check/transfer paperwork. No one else may pick up any firearm on behalf of a winning bidder. If you have a current Ohio CCW, please bring that, but we will still run the NICS background check. * SHIPPING: Winning bidders must complete background check/transfer paperwork. Bidder agrees to request shipping ahead of time and provide preferred FFL information. WE WILL NOT reach out to your FFL, please do so and have them email us their license at Contact@AuctionsOn309.com Thank You. * Please keep in mind when purchasing ammunition that it is heavy and that the shipping and handling may exceed the purchase price. * Invoices/receipts will be e-mailed within 24 hours of auction close.
