If paying with a business or personal check for any invoice amount over $5,000, items are subject to being held if bank letter of credit is not provided with check. You must call and give us card info if that's your choice of payment. We don't charge the card on file with Proxibid. All items must be paid for by June 18th at 4pm EST. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pickup on sale day. After sale day, must be by appointment. All items must be removed by June 20th at 4pm EST. If you fail to pay, your item(s) will be forfeited and you will be turned into Proxibid. All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Successful bidder immediately responsible for item(s) purchased. 10% Buyer's Premium plus 2% Internet Fee not capped. 10% buyer’s premium capped at $1,000 on any items over $10,000 per item. Sales tax will be added to a select few outside consignments only that have “sales tax will be added” in description. Announcements made day of auction supersede all advertising. If winning bidder, please contact auction company to arrange payment and pickup plans. Descriptions are merely meant as a guide. RLM does not warrant the genuineness, accuracy, or count of any items. Please make your own inspections. RLM Land and Auction/Morris Bros. Stockyard has the right to hold equipment/cattle purchased until funds clear if Bank Letter of Credit is not provided with checks. RLM Land and Auction is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against the auction company or anyone else if the service doesn't work correctly.
