All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Successful bidder immediately responsible for item(s) purchased. 10% Buyer's Premium plus 2% Internet Fee not capped. 10% buyer’s premium capped at $1,000 on any items over $10,000 per item. Sales tax will be added to a select few outside consignments only that have “sales tax will be added” in description. Announcements made day of auction supersede all advertising.
