You must call and give us card info if that's your choice of payment. We don't charge the card on file with Proxibid. All items must be paid for by June 18th at 4pm EST. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pickup on sale day. After sale day, must be by appointment. All items must be removed by June 20th at 4pm EST. If you fail to pay, your item(s) will be forfeited and you will be turned into Proxibid. All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Successful bidder immediately responsible for item(s) purchased. 10% Buyer's Premium plus 2% Internet Fee not capped. 10% buyer’s premium capped at $1,000 on any items over $10,000 per item. Sales tax will be added to a select few outside consignments only that have “sales tax will be added” in description. Announcements made day of auction supersede all advertising.
