Any equipment remaining on the grounds after 7 days will be subject to storage fees or removed at the buyers expense. Shipping arrangements and cost are the BUYERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the Purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid.
