IF your package arrives damaged we will file a claim for you with the relevant shipping company (if we shipped the item in house). To do so you must provide us with thorough pictures of the package in the condition it arrived, the inside of the package as it arrived with packing materials, as well as pictures of the individual items. If the buyer fails to supply us with the necessary pictures and information to file a successful claim, we DO NOT issue a refund in lieu of a successful shipping claim. We do not assume any liability for items damaged during shipping.
